Due to the immediate, digital nature of our digital products, all sales for downloadable items are final. Once a digital file has been purchased, downloaded, or accessed, it cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded. Please review the product descriptions and details carefully before completing your purchase.

For physical items (such as future handmade crochet products), refunds or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis for manufacturing defects. Custom or made-to-order crochet items are non-refundable.
